1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FILRUP, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2Description of Service
FILRUP is a mobile application that allows users to track fuel expenses, log fuel stops and trips by voice or manual entry, detect nearby gas stations using GPS, track mileage for business and personal use, store photos of vehicle documents in a secure vault, set maintenance and renewal reminders, and view spending statistics and reports across multiple vehicles. FILRUP is available in English and Spanish.
3Subscriptions and Payments
FILRUP offers two auto-renewing monthly subscriptions:
- FILRUP Premium — $1.99 per month
- FILRUP Family — $3.99 per month, with support for Family Sharing
All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store or by Google through Google Play, depending on your device. By subscribing you agree to the applicable payment terms of Apple or Google. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings or your Google Play subscription settings. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may vary by region.
4Free Trial
Each subscription includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. You will not be charged during the free trial period. After the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin at the applicable monthly price unless you cancel before the trial ends.
5Refunds
All refund requests are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support or Google Play Support.
6User Responsibilities
You agree to use FILRUP only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for all data you enter into the App and for verifying the accuracy of any records you rely on. You agree not to misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App.
7Device Permissions
FILRUP may request access to your device's location (to detect nearby gas stations), microphone and speech recognition (to enable voice entry), camera and photo library (to add photos of vehicle documents), notifications (to deliver local reminders you set), and Face ID or biometric authentication (to lock and unlock your document vault). You may revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings. Revoking permissions may limit certain features of the App.
8Document Storage
FILRUP's document storage feature is provided for your backup and convenience only. Digital copies of documents stored in the App are not represented as legal substitutes for physical documents where physical documents are required by law. You are responsible for knowing and complying with the document requirements of your jurisdiction.
9Data and Privacy
Your use of FILRUP is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at filrup.app/privacy.html. Your fuel, mileage, vehicle, and document data is stored locally on your device. We do not sell your personal data.
10Intellectual Property
FILRUP and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by FILRUP LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. FILRUP™ is a trademark of FILRUP LLC (U.S. registration pending). You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our App without our express written permission.
11Disclaimer of Warranties
FILRUP is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy of gas station locations, fuel price data, or any statistics, reports, or tax-related summaries generated by the App, and such outputs do not constitute tax, legal, or financial advice.
12Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FILRUP LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to FILRUP at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
14Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
16Apple App Store and Google Play
These Terms are between you and FILRUP LLC only, not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC. Apple and Google are not responsible for the App or its content and have no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. Your use of the App must also comply with the applicable terms of the store from which you downloaded it.
