⛽ FILRUP Terms of Service

Welcome to FILRUP! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FILRUP mobile application ("App") operated by FILRUP LLC ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FILRUP, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

FILRUP is a mobile application that allows users to track fuel expenses, log fuel stops by voice or manual entry, detect nearby gas stations using GPS, and view spending statistics across multiple vehicles.

3. Subscription and Payments

FILRUP offers a free trial period followed by a paid subscription at $1.99 per month. All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. By subscribing you agree to Apple's payment terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.

4. Free Trial

FILRUP offers a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. You will not be charged during the free trial period. After the trial ends your subscription will automatically begin at $1.99 per month unless you cancel before the trial ends.

5. Refunds

All refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. We do not process refunds directly. To request a refund please contact Apple Support.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to use FILRUP only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for all data you enter into the App. You agree not to misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App.

7. Location and Microphone Access

FILRUP requests access to your device location to detect nearby gas stations. FILRUP requests access to your microphone to enable voice entry of fuel expenses. You may revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings. Revoking permissions may limit certain features of the App.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of FILRUP is also governed by our Privacy Policy available at filrup.app/privacy. All fuel expense data is stored locally on your device. We do not sell your personal data.

9. Intellectual Property

FILRUP and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by FILRUP LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. FILRUP is a registered trademark of FILRUP LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our App without our express written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

FILRUP is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy of gas station locations or fuel price data.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FILRUP LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to FILRUP at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Apple App Store

These Terms are between you and FILRUP LLC only, not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
