FILRUP LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the FILRUP mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App. Please read this policy carefully.

Voice Data: When you use voice-powered features, audio is processed to recognize fuel-related commands. Audio is not stored after processing.
Fuel & Vehicle Data: Fuel fill-up records, mileage, fuel type, and vehicle information you enter or speak.
Usage Data: App interaction data, feature usage frequency, and crash/diagnostic reports.
Device Data: Device type, operating system version, and app version.
Location Data: Approximate location, only if you grant permission, to identify nearby fuel stations.
2. How We Use Your Information
To provide and improve the App's core fuel-tracking features
To process voice commands and return accurate responses
To display fuel history, spending summaries, and analytics
To support bilingual (English/Spanish) functionality
To send important service-related notifications

3. Data Storage and Security
Your fuel data is stored securely on your device and, if you enable cloud sync, on encrypted servers. We use industry-standard safeguards including TLS encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. No security system is impenetrable; we encourage you to use a strong passcode on your device.

4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

Service Providers: Third-party vendors who assist with app hosting, analytics, or crash reporting, bound by confidentiality agreements.
Legal Requirements: If required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

Access & Correction: You may access and update your data within the App at any time.
Deletion: You may delete your account and all associated data from within the App settings.
Voice Permissions: You may revoke microphone access at any time via your device settings.
Location Permissions: You may revoke location access at any time via your device settings.
8. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

9. International Users
FILRUP is based in Arizona, USA. If you access the App from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
